Combi bells – diatonic C major scale

This set of 8 diatonic combi bells is lots of fun to play and a great resource for the classroom! The bells are tuned to a C major scale and range from C64 to C76. These versatile bells can be rung either as hand bells by holding the handle and ringing the bell or simply by pushing the top of the handle down, producing a bright and clear sound.

The precise tuning and colour scheme of these bells match our Wak-a-Tubes and chime bars, allowing these instruments to be played together successfully. All follow our colour matching note system, with colour coded notes corresponding to specific notes of the written music. This method allows anyone who cannot read music to play along without difficulty and makes our set of bells accessible to a wide variety of players, suitable for both children and adults.

Our bells are built to last and each of the combi bells is made of sturdy metal and housed in a safe clear plastic shell to protect it from any potential damage without affecting the sound. The robust nature of these bells makes them the perfect addition for any classroom.

This diatonic set can be accompanied by the PP276 set of 5 chromatic combi bells to make a fully chromatic set. This can be expanded further with the PP277 set of 7 combi bells which adds additional notes above and below to achieve an extended range of A61 to E80. Other instruments in this range include the PP271 set of 8 diatonic hand bells and PP273 set of 8 diatonic desk bells.
