Introducing the Percussion Plus Honestly Made Wild man clack

This crazy man hits his own head when you shake him, making a fantastically loud clacking sound. Simply shake the instrument back and forth, holding the wooden handle and the middle 'head' will clack against the two smaller pieces of woods to the sides.

Crafted using traditional methods and materials, the Wild man clack offers a perfect combination of culture and craftmanship.

Hand painted using non toxic paint, the Wild man clack is the perfect, safe instrument for young musicians and for classroom use.

These items are musical instruments, not toys, and there may be many small parts on, or in, some of them. Younger players should use them with supervision.

Our sustainable packaging

A key principle of Honestly Made is sustainability, and we’ve modified our packaging of these items accordingly by adopting fully recyclable and biodegradable glassine paper bags.

Naturally, we don’t want to waste our pre-existing packaging material, meaning you might still receive some of these products in classic, non-glassine packaging. If so, rest assured that your order has contributed to our collective waste management mission.

Percussion Plus Honestly Made products are manufactured in independent family workshops that are too small to join Fair Trade groups or are located in countries that do not have such organisations. These suppliers and their subsidiaries all follow Fair trade principles which include:

Agreeing a fair price Use of recycled materials
Paying significant amounts upfront
Being loyal and reasonable in all dealings
Prioritising smaller suppliers over large factories
Manufacturing methods that do not damage the environment

Delivery methods

We despatch orders quickly and efficiently. Orders processed before 1pm are very often despatched on the same day (subject to payment terms and stock availability). Orders placed after our couriers have collected will usually be shipped the following day. We use a variety of couriers and shipping methods to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered quickly and safely.

Our carriage charges are normally calculated according to order contents as below:

If your basket contains items from more than one of these categories, you will be charged a blended rate (usually equivalent to the highest individual carriage charge). Some extremely large and built-to-order products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to further surcharges (see individual product pages for more information).

Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability. If you need something in a hurry, we can normally organise next day delivery on products we have in stock. Call us for a quote.

Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
